		<description>Great post Jude. I don&#039;t know when it became &quot;bad&quot; to fail. I think the fear of failure is the biggest reason so many people choose to settle for less than what they could be. 

Failure is just feedback, and maybe we should replace the word failure with feedback and then people might be less afraid to get feedback. We need to teach our kids this lesson too.
