		<description>So true Vin. It&#039;s even more important when we are busy to start the day centred. Chi stick exercise sounds good too. Anything that allows us to switch off our minds and be really present is good and fresh air is great so you could try combining the two.</description>

		<description>What a great way to start the day! Having a full time job and trying to make a successful blog, it&#039;s easy to think I don&#039;t have time for such things. This is a great reminder of how important it is and how little time it requires. I also know from experience how such a practice can set the tone for the entire day. Sometimes I start my day with a few minutes of a chi stick exercise that clears my mind and gives me a great perspective to take on the day ahead.</description>
