What is Working in Harmony?
A 3 month program that provides leaders with an understanding of how they engage in conflict and the roles they play in a relationship and team. Leaders identify their natural approach to conflict and find ways of collaborating effectively to meet the needs of everyone.
It includes a 3 day workshop followed by 3 months of coaching, online learning support and recommended reading, all designed to embed and deepen the learning.
