What is Leadership Mastery?
An advanced 3 month program where leaders expand on their existing leadership skills, creating a powerful impact in challenging situations and increasing their ability to influence clients and teams.
It includes one day of Leadership with horses with two days learning in a classroom environment, followed by 3 months of coaching, online learning support and recommended reading, all designed to embed and deepen the learning.
With constant feedback from horses, the course leaders and other participants, leaders continuously recalibrate their leadership style to develop a greater impact and more compelling leadership style.
