The Challenge
When leaders are unaware of their impact, they can leave teams in disarray. Discord can exist at all levels within an organisation and teams may feel disempowered. Conscious leaders communicate with clarity and compassion and act consciously and appropriately to the situation.
What we do
We raise the consciousness of leaders so that they act with full awareness of their impact on themselves, others and the bigger picture.
Leaders will:

What is Conscious Leadership?
A 3 month program that raises awareness of leadership styles and behaviours. Leaders increase personal responsibility, authenticity and integrity and encourage everyone to speak the truth with respect for each other’s opinions.
It includes a 3 day workshop followed by 3 months of coaching, online learning support and recommended reading, all designed to embed and deepen the learning.
