What is Challenge the Status Quo?
A transformative 6 month program that identifies, deepens and builds on the natural strengths of every leader. During the program, leaders go beyond their self-perceived limits, resulting in sustainable behavioural change and powerful business impact.
It includes two workshops, lasting three days each, with 6 months coaching, online learning support and recommended reading, all designed to embed and deepen the learning.
