About Jude Jennison
Jude Jennison is the founder and director of Leaders by Nature. Before running her own business, Jude worked for IBM for 16 years, leading UK, European and global teams.
Jude understands complex business and organisations and the challenges facing leaders in today’s fast-paced business environment. She helps people transform themselves so that they make a difference to business and society.
Jude leads by example and takes bold steps into the unknown, opening herself and others up to endless possibilities. She leads with courage and compassion, challenging her clients to step into their magnificence and supporting them gently through the process.
Experience
Jude’s IBM experience includes Outsourcing Service Manager, European Infrastructure Business Operations Leader, European Cost Management Leader (managing a budget of >$1billion), Communications Partner for the UK General Manager of the Services business and European Skills leader, defining and implementing tools and processes to manage and develop the skills of over 28,000 employees across Europe.
