Natural leaders connect with warmth and compassion, achieve great results with respect for those around them and the world we live in. Natural leaders make it easy. They nurture and support and generate ethical and sustainable business that enhances the world we live in.
That’s the true nature of a leader and it’s in all of us. We all have the ability to lead naturally.

As employees become more stretched and more stressed, the pressure on leaders to inspire and motivate becomes more difficult and more vital. Leaders By Nature provides coaching and leadership development to support leaders in releasing and evolving their natural leadership capabilities in challenging business environments. Jude’s Credentials and experience
The Founder of Leaders By Nature, Jude Jennison has a BA Hons in French Studies from Hull University in the UK. She is qualified as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a graduate of the exceptional, transformative CTI Leadership Program and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Jude abides by the CTI and ICF code of ethics for coaches.
Jude’s diverse business experience enables her to bring a fresh perspective to every situation and every client. With 3 years in the retail sector and 15 years experience working for a major international IT corporation, she has experience in a broad section of senior leadership positions in Service Management, Business Operations, Cost Management, Communications and Skills Management.
In her previous roles, Jude specialised in understanding complex organisations and clients and implementing management systems and processes to improve their efficiency and productivity.
Jude has travelled extensively with business around Europe and the United States and enjoys working with different cultures and personalities.
About Jude
Jude lives in Moreton Morrell in Warwickshire, England with her husband Paul, black Labrador dogs Gracie and Pepsi (both breeding stock for Guide Dogs for the Blind) and black and white cat called Dennis (well, sometimes he comes home and sometimes he goes off for days hunting). Jude has a passion for animals, the outdoors and exercise. She loves walking, mountain biking, being outdoors, the mountains, the sea, breathing in fresh air, travelling to new places to meet new people and experience the glorious world that we live in, reading, talking, connecting with family and friends. She passionately pursues continuous growth in both herself and others.
Jude has been described by her friends and her clients as vibrant and peaceful, relaxed and invigorating. Jude relaxes by walking her dogs every day and especially loves to walk in the rain, although she resists it as well. With a zest for life, Jude combines a busy work schedule with fresh air and exercise. She has a long-term dream to live by the sea.
